1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the phh88 platform — whether through the website, mobile browser, or the phh88 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and phh88.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. We encourage you to read all three documents before using the platform.

If you are using phh88 on behalf of someone else or as part of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms. In practice, phh88 accounts are personal — they are not transferable and must not be shared.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each player is permitted to hold only one phh88 account. Creating duplicate accounts is not allowed and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. phh88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time — this is part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Standard KYC requirements include a valid, government-issued Philippine ID.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. phh88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately. phh88 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

All account communications, including OTP verification for sensitive actions, are tied to the contact details you register. Keep these up to date through your account settings.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on phh88 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phh88 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine bank transfer, online and mobile banking, and accepted local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for wagering on phh88.

Deposits are credited to your phh88 wallet after successful verification by our payments team. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where possible.
• phh88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.

phh88 may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits. These are communicated within the deposits section of your account. Any funds that cannot be verified as legitimately deposited may be withheld pending investigation.

5 Gameplay Rules

For sports betting, all bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. phh88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in odds was clearly evident. In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time without notice.

Game outcomes in slots and live casino are determined by certified random number generators or by live dealer procedures, as applicable. phh88 does not manipulate game outcomes.

phh88 reserves the right to void any winnings determined to have resulted from a technical error, system malfunction, or manipulation of the platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

phh88 may offer bonuses, cashback, and promotional rewards to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. phh88 reserves the right to withdraw any promotion, modify its terms, or disqualify players who are found to be abusing promotional offers.

Abuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once — is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension.

7 Responsible Gaming

phh88 is committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. Online gaming is entertainment — not a source of income, and not a method for recovering financial losses. If gaming stops being enjoyable and starts causing stress or financial difficulty, it's time to stop and seek support.

• You must be 21 or older to use phh88.
• Never chase losses by increasing your bets or making unplanned deposits.

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Suspension & Closure

phh88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Self-exclusion requests from the account holder.
• Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phh88 support. If your account is closed voluntarily with a remaining balance, phh88 will process a withdrawal of eligible funds to your verified payment method after completing any required verification.

Funds associated with breaches of these terms may be withheld during investigation and may be forfeited if a breach is confirmed.

10 Privacy

phh88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using phh88, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

phh88 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

phh88 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from errors.
